Shipping / Return terms

1. Free ground shipping on all single orders greater than $350.00 if all products ship to same location. (*Exceptions Apply)
2. No Handling Charges
3. Flat Rate Drop-Shipping charges for Patient Home Delivery – $11.00 per patient. (*Exceptions Apply)
   • A single charge will be applied per each Patient’s Home single shipment (a single shipment may include a number of boxes). (*Exceptions Apply)
     *Exceptions:
   • Orders drop-shipped directly to a patient’s home, a standard single rate of $11.00 for each order will apply, excluding Incontinence, Nutritionals, Solution products and/or any items classified as oversized by UPS or Fedex.
     • Incontinence, Nutritional, & Solutions Products:
       For any orders shipping ground or drop-shipping including that include incontinence products, nutritional, or solution products, a standard flat rate shipping of $9.00 per each case of those respective items on multiple case orders, and $9.50 for single case orders will apply.
     • Incontinence, Nutritional, & Solutions Products do NOT qualify for free freight
